OUR HISTORY

Dolechek Harvesting was founded in 1971 by Ed Dolechek. Ed, and brother Gordon took to the harvest trail with a new 1970 G Gleaner and a 1967 single axle C-60 Chevy truck. In 73 Ed purchased an L and brother Bob joined the crew. In 75 Gordon bought a second L to bring the crew to three machines. 1976 was Mikes first year with the crew. Gordon and Bob stopped traveling in 78 and 80, but Ed and Mike kept on. 

In 1982 Mike married LeAnn and in 87 Dane was born. In 1990 Mike bought his first combine, an R7, to bring the crew back to three machines. In 2005 Ed retired and passed away in 2012. In 2013 Dane bought into the business.
